The webpage of the Website www.working-balance.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is subject to any rights of the Company: ROBYG Working Balance Sp. z o.o. with a registered office in Warsaw, address: Al. Rzeczypospolitej 1, 02-972 Warszawa, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS) under KRS number 0000674499, holding a share capital of PLN 5 000.00, paid up in full, NIP (Taxpayer ID No) 951-24-35-817, REGON (Business ID No) 367093431 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company informs that it collects information regarding the use of the Website by its users, in particular IP addresses of devices based on data analysis of connections with a webpage of the Website. That information is used by the Company for the purposes relating to the Website operation analysis, security breaches and the management of the webpage. Additionally, data on IP addresses used to connect to the Website is collected for statistical purposes, i.e. to gather and analyse data on Website popularity (especially information about location, town or city districts from which a connection was made). Such information is not matched by the Company with data identifying Website users.
In certain cases, summary statistics are prepared, disclosed to third parties cooperating with the Company. They contain information concerning the Website popularity, in particular the number of hits in given areas in a manner which does not allow the identification of individual Website users.
Cookies containing information recorded by the Company’s IT system on devices of Website users allow the identification of the user when the device on which cookies were saved connects to the Website again, and they are used by the Company to facilitate the navigation of the Website, to monitor users traffic on the Website and to compare the frequency of use of particular resources. The user may disable cookies in the browser settings. Disabling cookies does not prevent the user from using the Website.
